Frequently asked questions

Can I trust your employees? I don't plan to be home when your employees come to clean?

Sure, that is absolutely no problem. All our employees are trustworthy. We do a thorough criminal background check on all of our employes for your peace of mind. We are also fully Licensed, Bonded, and Insured and carry Workers Compensation on all of our employees.

How do I pay you?

Payment is required at the time of service. We prefer payment by credit card but also accept by checks or cash.  We usually require a credit card on file if you will be paying by check.

Do you always send the same team members to clean my home?

We do try our best to you the send the same team every time we come to your home so that our employees will become familiar with your home, and yo can get to know our employees, but there are occasions where because of  vacation time, illness or other reasons beyond our control it may be neccesary for us to send an alternative team on that occasion to clean your home. Our goal is to always have a primary team that normally cleans your home and a backup team that is the alternative team that will occasionally come to clean for you.

Do I need to have an initial deep cleaning done before I begin regular service?

We recommend that every new customer have an initial deep cleaning done before we begin regularly scheduled weekly or every other week cleaning, although this is not an absolute hard and fast rule. (Call our office to dicuss your needs). The initial cleaning will allow us to take care of some of the maintenance areas that need to be done and that will require extra time. 

Will cleaning always be done on the same day?

With the exception of severe weather or other unforseen circumstances, your cleaning day will remain the same. However, with the exception of the 1st appointment in the morning, we can not guarantee a specific time of day for your regularly scheduled visits because our schedules and travel direction can change from week to week. We do ask for a time frame when you will return home so we can try to be done by then. We will always try to stick to your schedule.

Must I be home when you clean?

It is not necessary for you to be home. For your peace of mind, all of our staff are fully insured and bonded. For ease of access, you may provide us with a key. The key is kept in a locked location until it is needed for service and then returned.

Do you perform any additional tasks?

Sure! We can do any additional tasks you request ... please call our office to discuss your needs so that we can figure out how much additional time would be required to take care of your needs and the charge for the additional time neccesary.

Do you clean windows?

Windows are not part of the normal cleaning we provide, however if you need us to do windows we can do them for you as long as they can be reached by our employees using a two step step-stool. Please call our office to discuss your needs so that we can work out with you how much additional time would be required.  If you need a professional window cleaning company to clean both sides of your windows including removing screens, working on high windows, etc. then please call us and we can give you the name of  a window company we reccomend that will do a quality job for you
